	Welcome! Hi, I'm Keith A. Little. I have an excellent reputation as a Mortgage Consultant and I have recently joined Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation where I will be increasing my product offerings as well as product knowledge for my valued clients. Experience has taught me that a mortgage loan is a financial instrument that must be tied into your long and short term financial plan, allowing you to create a debt strategy that helps build long term wealth creation over time. I also work with others I have found to have good reputations with helping people with their home and financial desires. There are many things that I love about my job, such as getting someone into their first house. Most of all, I love restructuring debt into wealth and helping first time home buyers or seasoned investors realize there dreams much faster then they ever thought possible—saving them a ton of money in the process and earning our clients appreciation for our quality service.

I have solutions for all residential loans, and plans for all credit situations. Sometimes the terms available can improve greatly with a little work on an individual’s credit. I work with purchases primarily, but I believe that our company’s strong point is refinances.
