Assembly Instructions
Place grill right side-up.
Pull outward on the height
adjusting handles which are
located on both ends of the
grill, and then place grill
legs in the square leg
sleeves with the notch plate
facing toward the height
adjusting handles.
Operation Instructions
When using grill in
fireplace place grill over a
4-6 inch bed of hot coals,
this will give you
approximately 30 to 40 min.
cooking time.
ALWAYS use the heat
resistant gloves provided.
Adjust height of grill to
obtain the best heat for
cooking. Grate is adjustable
for a larger cooking
surface. For best results it
is recommended to cook with
either hickory, cherry or
apple wood for best flavor,
although other woods may be
used.
Special Warnings
Keep children and pets away
from hot grill, ALL parts of
Grill are HOT!
ALWAYS use the heat
resistant gloves that are
provided when handling the
grill.
DO NOT set hot grill on a
non-heat resistant surface
as that surface could be
damaged.
NEVER use grill in your
fireplace with flames
visible. The grill is
intended to be used when you
have 4-6 inch bed of hot
coals.
Care and Maintenance
Use the wire brush, provided
with the grill, on the
cooking surface to remove
any food residue. The entire
grill can be washed with
soap and water to remove
soot and ashes.
Dry grill when finished
washing. Always store grill
in a dry place when not in
use to prevent rusting. |
